Terms & Conditions for UK Holiday Draw

1. Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to all UK permanent residents only. Employees of Alpha-H and their subsidiary agents and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Each customer order for Alpha-H products equals one entry. No responsibility accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries. Only one entry per customer permitted.
4. Orders returned to Alpha-H lose their status as competition entries.
5. To enter, purchase any product online from the Alpha-H Online Store. The first 5,000 UK orders received will go in the draw. Draw closes when 5,000 UK orders are received or on the 30 November 2008 at 11.59pm, whichever comes first.
6. The winner will be announced on 3rd December 2008 and will be notified by email or phone. The winner will be published on the Alpha-H website and in subsequent correspondence and newsletters. Alpha-H reserves the right to use the winner's details for the purpose of future promotions.
7. Alpha-H will conduct a further prize draw on the 30th January 2009 should the prize remain unclaimed or the winning entry be invalid.
