Welcome to the “www.alpha-h.com” website (the “Website”) Terms and Conditions. International Waters Pty Ltd trading as Alpha-H. (“Alpha-H”, “International Waters Pty Ltd, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides the services available on the Website. Your use of this Website is governed by these Terms and Conditions set out below. By using any part of this Website, completing your customer registration with us and/or placing an order on the Website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter referred as to “Alpha-H”, to the buyer hereafter referred to as the “Customer.”

Price

All prices indicated for products available via the Site are inclusive of GST (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of the Site.

Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods, and are stated individually on the website.

Payment

Online payment will be provided in a secure environment. Payments must be made in Australia Dollars or currency selected and by one of the following credit card payment methods: Visa or MasterCard.

Alpha-H is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received.  In the event of the requested goods being unavailable, Alpha-H may cancel the transaction and affect a full refund.

Shipping

Alpha-H can only ship to a limited number of countries that are listed. To discuss shipping to a country not listed here please email us at info@alpha-h.com. Alpha-H is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation or certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.

Confirmation of Order

All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Alpha-H. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Alpha-H reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.

Delivery

Standard Delivery is with Australia Post.  Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery within Australia.  For International delivery, times may vary. 
In the event of an order being lost by a third party, Alpha-H bears no risk once it has left their trading premises. Where goods have been received damaged, please contact us immediately on toll free within Australia 1800 659 777 or international +61 7 5529 4866 or at www.info@alpha-h.com. 
Where the goods are signed for, the customer bears the risk once the goods are signed for. If a customer believes that a parcel has been tampered with, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods.

Out of Stocks and Backorders

On the condition that the product you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified by e-mail immediately. During this time you can either cancel your order or place the order on back order.

Acceptance

The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 7 days after their receipt the Customer shall have notified the seller that the goods are rejected.  If no such action has been taken, Alpha-H shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any reject at a later date.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted if the Customer complies with the following cancellation procedure and before the order has been dispatched.  Cancellations must be applied within 24 hours of the order being place. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, please contact us immediately on toll free within Australia 1800 659 777, international +61 7 5529 4866 or email www.info@alpha-h.com.  If the procedure is not respected, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.

If the goods have already been dispatched, Alpha-H cannot refund any monies spent on postage & packaging.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Refunds & Exchanges will not be accepted.  Please contact us immediately on toll free within Australia 1800 659 777 or international +61 7 5529 4866 or email www.info@alpha-h.com.  
If and only when arrangements are made with staff, returns are to be sent via normal Australia post unless otherwise specified, in their original packaging with packing slip and noting items being returned to Alpha-H, PO BOX 905, Oxenford Qld 4210.  Postage will be at the cost to the customer.
If your package was damaged in shipment, please save all packaging and please contact us immediately on toll free within Australia 1800 659 777, international +61 7 5529 4866 or email www.info@alpha-h.com.  
Where possible, Alpha-H will ensure its utmost to help customers with returns of goods in accordance with the Trades Practises Act.

If you purchased your item at a store, please understand that each store has its own return policy. We are sorry, but returns or exchanges for purchases made in an Alpha-H store or stockist or partnered retail location may not be returned or exchanged to Alpha-H.

Purpose of Goods

Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use. Personal Use Only

The products and services available on the Site, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof; you purchase or otherwise receive from us. Please note that samples are subject to availability.

Our Right to Cancel Your Order
